Our days and nights are simultaneously predictable and unpredictable. There are patterns and cycles to our time, the people in our lives, and our journeys. There are bumps and sadnesses we don’t, but seemingly should, expect. Yet, there is lightness in the dark and some of our brightest moments, gifts, and blessings can feel shadowed and muted. And each of us, at our core, is a bright and beautiful light. We mustn’t let the weathering of life, cloud our light, for it’s all a cycle, after all. There will be another day and night.
