The urge to create has pulsed in me from as early as I can remember. With a vivid imagination and insatiable curiosity, I have pursued creative expression in various forms.
I’m particularly drawn to art-making that engages my intuition and allows me to express my impression of the world that is seen beyond our physical senses. I channel my inner world through mixed media on canvas and in my poetry.
It is always important to me to bring an element of playfulness into my art, as I do with Zentangle®, watercolor paintings, jewelry-making and polymer clay sculptures.
I’m a Certified Zentangle Teacher®, the author of the adult coloring book, Mandala Coloring Journey, that features my hand-drawn mandalas with journal prompts, and a full-time digital content specialist for a company in Worcester. I have a BA in English Literature and MA in Integrative Health.
