Juliet Feibel

Executive Director

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Juliet Feibel has worked across nonprofit management, membership organizations, the arts, and higher education. Leading ArtsWorcester since 2011, she previously served as Director of Education for the Ann Arbor Art Center and as Associate Director of Imagining America, a national arts and humanities project, and worked for non-governmental organizations in Vietnam and Thailand. She holds a BA in English and Art History from Northwestern University, a PhD in English Literature from the University of Michigan, and studied theater and art at Interlochen. She lives in Worcester with her husband Ken MacLean, an anthropologist at Clark University, and her two teen-aged children.

Alice Dillon

Associate Director

Alice Dillon came to ArtsWorcester as a summer intern in 2018 and has since remained on the team, now in the role of Associate Director. She graduated with a Masters Degree in History from Clark University, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Art History and History. Alice maintains a studio practice in fiber art, with a focus on hand-stitching. She lives in Worcester with her partner Rachael and their cat Keith. 

Katie Bullied

Communications and Development Manager

Katie is originally from Douglas, Massachusetts and graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2021 with a BA in Strategic Communications and minor in Public Relations. Post-graduation she gained valuable experience as a Marketing Coordinator at a Worcester County nonprofit, beginning as a marketing intern and growing to manage their e-mail marketing, social media platforms, press relations, and digital fundraising campaigns. A love for the arts and a clear creative community drew her to ArtsWorcester, where she has been in her role as Communications and Development Manager since June 2024. She currently lives in Whitinsville, MA with her partner Jake and in her free time enjoys writing poetry, painting, caring for her plants, and spending time with her black lab Ivy.

Tim Johnson

Art Preparator

Tim Johnson is a freelance preparator, providing art installation services to museums, galleries and individuals in New England. In addition to ArtsWorcester, he regularly installs exhibitions at the Cantor Art Gallery at the College of the Holy Cross and the Clark Art Institute.

Dana Mendes

Education Manager

Originally from Southern New Hampshire, Dana graduated from Assumption University in 2020 with a degree in Secondary Education and a concentration in Visual Arts. With an unyielding passion for human advocacy, social cohesion, and community development, she served as a youth development professional and Art Educator in Worcester's inner-city schools and learning programs for over six years. In 2023, Dana began building a small business centered on "slow-fashion" wearable art, Afro-minimalism, and Afro-Hispanic representation. As ArtsWorcester's Education Manager, Dana combines her commitment to city youth with her passion for the local art community.

Sue Von-Maszewski

Administrator

Sue is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and received her BA from The University of Michigan. After graduating, she lived in Northern California for ten years, where she worked in administrative and marketing positions. She and her husband, Matthew, also lived in his hometown of Houston, Texas before his work brought them to Massachusetts. They currently live in Westborough with their three cats and dog. In her spare time, Sue enjoys dog walking, and spending time with her adult children. She credits her mother, who exposed her to all manner of performing arts growing up, with her life-long love of the arts in all forms.

Carson Dobos

Creative Youth Development Staff

Carson Dobos is currently finishing up his undergraduate studies at Clark University, where he is majoring in art history and minoring in management. His areas of greatest interest are modernism and the avant-garde art movements of the early 20th century. Before starting at ArtsWorcester in 2024, he worked as a sales associate in multiple creative retail spaces. In his free time, Carson enjoys traveling and watching Old Hollywood films.
