Hours

During exhibitions, ArtsWorcester's gallery hours are Thursdays through Sundays, 12:00 to 5:00 PM.

Public Health and Safety Protocols

Pre-registration is required before visiting. Visitors are required to reserve a free, forty-five minute time-slot in advance on Eventbrite before entering the galleries. Gallery capacity will be limited to seven visitors at any time, and all visitors will be required to wear masks or face coverings.

Parking

Parking is available at the Worcester Public Library (McGrath) Lot, Federal Plaza Garage, Worcester Common Garage, and Pearl-Elm Garage. Metered street parking is also available.

ARTSWORCESTER MAIN GALLERIES

Our galleries are a state-of-the-art venue in a historic building, with nearly 2,000 square feet of exhibition space. The galleries offer complete physical accessibility, professional installation, museum-quality lighting and labeling, custom-built moveable walls and pedestals, audio-visual capacity, ceiling anchors, and sound mitigation. Plywood blocking in all walls allows for the installation of heavy works. Large storefront windows bring natural light to both galleries, which are separated by a glass-walled corridor. Motorized, full-length window treatments allow the east gallery to adjust for light-sensitive exhibitions. Exhibitions in this space are celebrated with a public opening reception, and gallery hours are open to the public.

During exhibitions, ArtsWorcester is open Thursdays through Sundays, 12:00-5:00pm.

Please note that all gallery visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering while visiting ArtsWorcester.

We will enthusiastically welcome seven visitors at a time. If we have more than ten, you will be asked to wait briefly outside until another visitor leaves. Hand-sanitizing, mask-wearing, and facility protocols meet or exceed the requirements of the Commonwealth.

In winter, we close for inclement weather in accordance with the Worcester Public Schools. Exhibits are free and open to the public.
