Teen Volunteer Opportunity

Are you passionate about art? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to help out an art gallery? Now is the time to find out! Join the ArtsWorcester team and learn how a gallery operates, provide valuable support to staff, and gain knowledge of the arts and cultural sector in Worcester.

ArtsWorcester seeks an energetic, enthusiastic gallery volunteer for Saturday afternoons, September 30 through December 16. This volunteer position has the possibility of continuing through the school year and assisting at weekday evening events. Minimum age to apply is 16 years old. Must have reliable transportation, be dependable, and enjoy working as part of a team.

As a gallery volunteer, you would be responsible for greeting visitors, informing the public of the current and upcoming exhibitions, and maintaining the upkeep of the gallery.

The Volunteer Application for this  position is due by midnight on September 20. Please return the application form along with a paragraph describing your interest in volunteering at ArtsWorcester and your personal interest in art.
