This four-hour workshop, offered twice this fall, will cover the equipment and techniques needed to produce professional quality digital images of your art work. Lou Swinand, a Worcester-area photographer and Past President of the Seven Hills Camera Club, will discuss and demonstrate the cameras, lighting and other equipment needed. Basic photography and lighting principles as applied to photographing artwork will be covered, as will file types, basic software, and post-processing techniques needed to use and disseminate your images. Lou will demonstrate photography of both two- and three-dimensional artworks, and leave ample time for questions and answers.
This workshop is not hands-on, so there is no need to bring your camera. But do please bring your lunch and any caffeine you may require.
These workshops are free, but limited to the first twenty-five members to register. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register, and specify for which day you wish to register.
We thank the Melvin S. Cutler Charitable Foundation for their support of the Artist Business Skills Workshop series.
