Our five-year pledge period

Many households can make a larger gift than they thought possible if they can make payments over a period of time. Framing The Future is a five-year campaign, and we encourage you to use all of it if need be. Annual pledge reminders will be sent to you at the time of year you prefer.

A Pledge Form is available for download here.

Making payments

Checks are gratefully received, and should be mailed to ArtsWorcester, 660 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01610. Technology offers options to the traditional check. We can help you arrange automatic monthly electronic transfers from your bank into the campaign account, a convenient and budget-friendly option. Call Juliet Feibel at 508-755-5142 for routing and account information.

We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through our PayPal account, should you wish to maximize your credit card reward points, so that you may give online. The credit card company will absorb nearly three percent of your gift. Should you wish for the entirety of your gift to benefit ArtsWorcester, please consider increasing it accordingly. If you intend your gifts towards one of the matches, please note which one in the “special instructions” field.

Gifts of appreciated securities

Stocks, IRA distributions, and mutual funds that have appreciated in value and have been held for more than twelve months may be donated to our mutual benefit. Please let us know if you would like to transfer securities towards this campaign, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Matching gift programs

If you or your spouse/partner are affiliated with a company that matches charitable gifts from its employees, and would like to utilize it to increase the impact of your gift, please forward the company’s matching gift form with your pledge sheet, or ask for it to be verified through your HR department.
