To capture a likeness is good but there’s more to a face than what is revealed initially. It’s one’s soul, aura , the essence of the moment before it passes.
I express myself visually through various mediums. In order to realize how a work of art is made and what it took to make, one must go through the process of not only imagining it but creating it .I need to experience it in order to fully understand it. The more I do, the more I learn, the more I discover myself as an artist.
Urban Abstracts is a collection of digital images from the natural breakdown of manmade materials and other surfaces and the long term effects of the elements and other sources such as random patterns made from water on walls, streets and other surfaces.
